Questions Before You Order?

Is the tray genuine leather or PU leather?

It's PU leather, not genuine cowhide. The flexible surface and snap-together corners are intended for convenient desk organization and fold-flat packing.

Can I pack it flat when traveling?

Yes. Undo the corner snaps to flatten it for your bag, then fasten them again to form the round tray when you arrive.

Will my keys, coins and slider all fit?

The assembled tray is approximately 17.5 cm (6.9 in) across. It's made for small pocket essentials; check your largest slider against that space before ordering.

Will metal keys or spills damage the surface?

Hard, sharp metal objects can leave marks, and the tray isn't designed to hold liquids. Wipe occasional marks with a soft, lightly damp cloth and dry it promptly; avoid soaking or harsh solvents.

When will my order arrive, and how much is shipping?

Orders usually take 1–3 business days to process, followed by 5–8 business days in transit (around 6–11 business days total). Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders of $40 or more to supported destinations. We’ll email your tracking details once your order ships.

What if it’s not right for me?

You can request a return within 30 days after delivery. The item must be unused, with its original packaging and accessories. For non-quality returns, the buyer pays return shipping. Email support@nashimpro.com to get started; approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
